Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your GALogbook account and associated data. Deletion is initiated by request and completed only after you confirm via email.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, it cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request.
Email support@galogbook.com from the email address associated with your GALogbook account.
Include:- Your account email address (must match your GALogbook login email)
- Optional: aircraft registration(s) on the account (helps us verify you faster)

Confirm by email.
We will send a confirmation message to your account email address. Follow the instructions in that email to confirm deletion. -
Deletion is completed.
After confirmation, we delete your account and associated data.
What Is Deleted
After deletion is completed, we delete the following associated with your account:
- Your user account profile and authentication records
- Your aircraft list and related metadata stored in the Service
- Uploaded documents (scanned logbook pages, PDFs) associated with your account
- Any derived/organized records created from your uploads inside the Service
We do not keep records.
After deletion is completed, we do not retain your uploaded logbook documents or your account data.
